The products sold are streetwear clothing. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images. Slight variations in color (screen display) or cut (manufacturing tolerances) may occur; these do not constitute grounds for liability on the part of FG Design Sàrl.
Purchase / Contract Formation
Any order placed on the website constitutes an offer to purchase. It is accepted upon automatic confirmation by email. FG Design Sàrl reserves the right to refuse all or part of an order, particularly in the event of product unavailability. If a product listed as available is found to be unavailable after verification, the customer will be informed as soon as possible; the order will be canceled and refunded within 15 days (unless a replacement product is agreed upon). No other compensation may be claimed.
Prices
Prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT, excluding shipping costs.
Order – Required Information
To validate their order, the customer must provide: their email address, first and last name, full address, and telephone number. A shopping cart summary is available before payment. A "Remarks" field allows for adding any relevant information.

All trademarks, logos, visuals, texts, and photos on the isaac-isaac.com website and the ISAAC brand are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or use without the prior written authorization of FG Design Sàrl is prohibited.
Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
In the event of a dispute, the place of jurisdiction is Lausanne (Vaud, Switzerland).
