Returns, Exchanges, and Right of Withdrawal
Timeframe: The customer has 30 days from receipt to return an item.
Location: Returns can be made in-store at the following address:
ISAAC ISAAC, Rue Caroline 13, 1003 Lausanne, Switzerland, or with prior agreement from customer service.
Condition of items: Unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for these costs, except in the case of a shipping error or a defective item.
Exchanges: Possible subject to availability; exchanges are processed after inspection of the returned items.
Refunds
Refunds are issued directly in-store, after inspection of the returned items, and using the same payment method as the original order.
