Orders are shipped within Switzerland via Swiss Post's PostPac Economy service.
Flat rate: CHF 9.90 per order.
Estimated delivery time: 2 business days after posting at the post office (the total time between order and delivery includes preparation time).
Tracking: Each package has an internal tracking number assigned by Swiss Post. This number is not provided to the buyer.
Liability: The package is insured by Swiss Post up to the value of the goods (compensation limit according to Swiss Post's terms and conditions).
EU and United Kingdom
Flat rate: CHF 15.00 per order under 100.-
Flat rate: CHF 25.00 per order above 100.-

Orders are shipped to EU and United Kingdom via Swiss Post service.
In case of loss or damage: the customer must inform FG Design Sàrl (info@isaac-isaac.com) within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date so that a claim can be filed with the postal service.
FG Design Sàrl undertakes to carefully package each shipment but declines all liability beyond the compensation provided by the terms and conditions of the PostPac Economy service.
